Members in India are billed in rupees with 18% GST; members outside India in US dollars as export of services (0% GST). A GST invoice is issued as soon as you pay.
Do buyers pay anything?
Once. Buyers pay a one-time Buyer Membership fee to post requirements and contact suppliers. After that there are no further charges and no renewals. Browsing the live requirements and the supplier directory is open to everyone.
What is a lead, and who can buy one?
A lead is one buyer's name, email and phone for a live requirement. Anyone with an IFC account can buy leads from the Buy Leads page in their dashboard: suppliers, companies, individuals and agents. Each lead costs ₹950 + GST, bought as lead credits. Supplier packages also include 30 free leads a month in the package's categories; the count resets on the 1st.
Who can see my contact details?
Only Indian suppliers with an active Source India membership in your requirement's category, and people who use a lead credit on it. The public board shows the product, quantity and destination, but never your name, email or phone.
How do suppliers get verified?
Gold and Platinum members can ask for an IFC factory check. Suppliers who pass carry the “IFC Verified” badge on every reply.
Will I have to renew?
No, with a lifetime package. Buyer Membership is always a one-time payment.
Can IFC handle the order for me?
Yes. Once you choose a supplier, IFC can inspect samples, check production, handle export documents and ship. This is a separate service at our published rates.
