Bookkeeping, GST returns, ROC filings and statutory compliance calendar.
A year of bookkeeping and statutory compliance: monthly accounts, GST returns, TDS where applicable, annual ROC filings and audit coordination. You get a compliance calendar at the start of the engagement and a reminder before every due date.
What you’re really paying for is not getting tax notices. We keep the calendar, file before due dates, and raise anything that needs your decision well before it becomes urgent, with the year’s obligations mapped out at the start so nothing surprises you.
Setting up in India is mostly about doing things in the right order. A GST registration needs an address, an address needs a lease, a foreign-owned entity needs apostilled documents that take time to obtain abroad. Most delays we see are caused by paperwork requested too late. We give you the document list and the critical path at the start, and we handle the departmental follow-up that consumes the most time.
We’ll look at it and quote separately for handling it, as it falls outside the retainer.
Generally no. Most registrations can be completed with apostilled or notarised documents couriered to us, plus digital signatures obtained remotely.
In most sectors yes, under the automatic FDI route. A few sectors have caps or need approval, so we’ll check your activity before you commit.
